Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns for both non-defective (change of mind) and defective products.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept items in “new” condition. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Shipping
– For change‑of‑mind returns: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We do not provide return labels for these cases. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
– For defective or damaged items: If you return an item because it is defective or damaged, please contact us first. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself; after we receive and inspect the item, we will reimburse the reasonable shipping costs.
Important
When you return an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is packed properly and insured (if necessary). We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
